Dear GAR Family,
It is not easy for us to inform you that Kasia will not do gymnastics anymore. We don't want to use the word quit, because after being in this sport for 14 years it would sound wrong to call her a quitter. Since she knows that she is not getting gymnastic scholarship, Kasia decided to focus on her schoolwork and look for colleges that would give her academic scholarship. If she were born a week earlier, she would be going to college this year anyway.
We were a part of GAR for 14 years. We worked on Bingo; we spent lots of money and time, so Kasia could do gymnastics. We don't regret any of this. Thanks to gymnastics, Kasia is an incredible athlete. In addition, doing gymnastics helped her become who she is today and she is a hardworking, mature and responsible young woman. We are very proud of her.
We will miss you all. We wish all the gymnasts at GAR the best. They are great and we will keep on looking at Booster Club website to see how they are doing.
